Home gym

A home gym has introduced gym mat products.

I put a gym mat in the sunroom and use it as a home gym. There is plenty of training equipment, mainly half racks and benches.

The foundation of a sunroom is often made of square timber, and the flooring material is not durable enough, so you can safely train at home by laying out a gym mat.
