Order online and collect your products from our warehouse to receive 10% of your payment back. This option may be convenient if you are based in the Kanto region.
How it works
- Select “Pick up” at checkout and complete your payment.
- Use the link in your order confirmation email to book a collection date and time.
- Bring identification and visit the warehouse at your booked time.
- We will hand over your order after verifying your identity.
The 10% refund is processed once your order is ready for collection; the exact timing may vary. If you choose bank transfer, we will send a revised invoice with a 10% discount. Please check the final amount before making your payment.
Some payment methods, including Amazon Pay, do not offer the pickup option at checkout. Please contact us if you would like to arrange pickup using one of these methods.
