Rep Fitness's four-fold fitness mat is a full-fledged mat perfect for athletes learning gymnastics and yoga. The urethane foam inside is slightly hard and has a very thick mat of 64mm. This product has a non-slip design, and even when placed on hard floors, it will not slip during simple exercises. The size of the mat is large at 244cm x 122cm x 64mm, but it can be folded and stored when not in use, and it has a carry handle on the side for easy transportation.
