EVA Interlocking Gym Mat — 10 mm

A 10 mm EVA foam mat for bodyweight exercise, stretching, yoga, and other light workouts, from apartment home gyms to commercial facilities.

With a Shore C hardness of 45, this high-density mat is firmer than typical EVA mats rated at 30–35. It can also be used beneath home fitness equipment such as benches, pull-up stations, and exercise bikes. Heavy equipment may leave indentations. For commercial power racks or weight-stack machines, we recommend rubber gym flooring instead.

Our manufacturing process removes the compounds responsible for the strong odor often associated with EVA foam. A slight smell may be noticeable close to the surface, but the mat is designed to have very little odor in use.

The lightweight, interlocking tiles weigh approximately 250 g each. They are easy to install, rearrange, and trim with a utility knife. The water-resistant EVA surface allows spills to be wiped away.

Sold in multiples of 6 tiles. To calculate the length of a connected row: 49 cm × number of tiles − 2 cm × (number of tiles − 1) + 1 cm × number of edge strips. For example, three tiles with an edge strip at each end measure 145 cm.
