1. Returns and Exchanges
If for any reason you are not satisfied with our product, you may return it within 30 days of receiving it.
- Return shipping costs: Customers are responsible for the cost. The actual shipping costs will be deducted from the refund amount.
- Restocking Fee: If the item is not returned in its original packaging or is returned incomplete (missing accessories, etc.), a 15% restocking fee will be charged.
- Please note: We may refuse refunds on used or damaged items. Sale and refurbished items are sold "as is" and are not eligible for returns or warranties.
- Defective Products: If the product you receive is damaged or defective, we will replace it. Please contact us via chat within 7 days of receiving the product. In this case, we will cover the shipping costs.
2. Cancellation of orders
If you wish to cancel your order, please contact customer support immediately.

- Within 24 hours of placing an order: As a general rule, cancellations are accepted. However, if you cancel after payment has been completed, the refund will be the amount minus 3.4% of the payment amount (4.0% for PayPal and QR payments) as a payment fee (actual cost) to each payment company. Please note in advance.
- After 24 hours have passed since placing your order, or after shipping has begun: As this is when we begin arranging and preparing to ship large items, etc., cancellations are generally not accepted. If you are forced to cancel, you will be charged the full price of the item and all round-trip shipping fees.
[Reason for deducting payment fees] Once you have completed your payment, we will charge a fee to the payment agency. In the event of a cancellation due to customer reasons, this is a measure to compensate you for this actual cost, so we ask for your understanding.
