Interlocking rubber flooring made from the same material as our rubber rolls, in a 50 × 50 cm tile format. The interlocking edges overlap by 16 mm; two connected tiles measure 98.4 cm from end to end.
Relatively light and firm, these tiles protect floors beneath strength and cardio machines. They also suit bodyweight training and other home workouts that do not involve heavy impacts. For exercises involving dropped dumbbells or barbells, choose our thicker rubber gym flooring tiles instead.
The slip-resistant surface provides grip, and the interlocking edges help prevent gaps between tiles during exercise. The rubber materials have passed testing for PAHs, SVHCs, and formaldehyde. Selected recycled rubber helps reduce rubber odor.
Connect the tiles to install them; adhesive is generally not required. Trim them with a utility knife to fit your room. The compact format works well in home gyms, personal training studios, and individual equipment areas within larger gyms.
