This is an 8mm thick gym joint mat provided by GYMMAT. This product is made by processing a gym roll mat into a joint type, and the size is 50cm square and the thickness is 8mm. *The width of the overlapping part at the joint is 16mm, so when connected, it will be 98.4cm from end to end.
It is relatively lightweight yet highly hard, making it ideal for protecting floors when installing strength and cardio machines. In addition, this mat is recommended for situations where you do not want to apply strong impact to the floor, such as when exercising with your own body weight at a home gym.
On the other hand, it does not have the same vibration-proofing and shock-absorbing properties as rubber chip mats, so if you expect dumbbells or barbells to fall, we recommend a gym rubber mat .
