This 25mm thick rubber mat for gyms is provided by GYMMAT. It is a rubber chip mat made especially for fitness gyms, with high shock absorption properties, so you can use it safely even in high-intensity training environments.
The top layer of the EPDM rubber sheet has an anti-slip coating, providing excellent grip and allowing you to stand firm during bench presses and lunges.
The rubber tips on the bottom layer are excellent at vibration dampening, so the mat will not slip or break even when dropping a barbell or dumbbell. At the same time, it is hard enough that you won't feel any sinking even when doing heavy squats.
In addition, the rubber chip mat products we handle have passed tests for PAH (polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons), SVHC (substances of very high concern), formaldehyde, etc., so they can be used safely at home or in commercial gyms.
