This is a 15mm thick rubber mat for gyms provided by GYMMAT. It is a rubber chip mat made specifically for fitness gyms that has high shock absorption, so you can use it safely even in high-intensity training environments.

The top layer of the EPDM rubber sheet has an anti-slip coating, providing excellent grip and allowing you to stand firm during bench presses and lunges.
